Rotating Equipment Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of software applications and smarter reporting tools for Field Service operations
Develop and improve technical documentation, reporting tools, and Field Service job reports
Support field service projects from planning through completion
Support the development of training programs, knowledge-sharing systems, and digital learning tools
Support quality initiatives and the development of tooling systems used during field service and overhaul activities

Background and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
Experience through engineering roles, manufacturing, operations, field service, internships, co-op programs, or technical projects is preferred
Experience with rotating equipment, turbomachinery, industrial equipment, or field service operations is highly desirable
Interest in software applications, process improvement, and modern operational tools, combined with a strong desire to learn and grow
