Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support resident mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in residents' condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Follow care plans and work closely with the nursing team Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required) CPR certified Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate Passion for serving an underserved population Why Join Piedmont Post Acute?
