Position Overview
The Administrative Functional Support 3 professional will provide administrative and operational support to a functional department. This role involves document management, data tracking, reporting, office administration, project coordination, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and proficient with Microsoft 365 and WebTools Express.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain department documentation and records.
• Lead and coordinate a vault digitization project.
• Manage office supplies and create department name plates.
• Maintain and issue project drawing numbers.
• Maintain and coordinate O41 department vehicles.
• Gather, track, verify, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Compile and review data and generate reports, tables, timelines, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
• Support functional processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and processes.
• Provide information and guidance regarding departmental procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of additional education and/or relevant work experience .

Minimum to Maximum Experience

Minimum: 4 years of relevant education and/or experience

Target/Maximum: 10+ years of relevant administrative, document control, office support, project coordination, or functional support experience.
