We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support one of the partner's in our firm: Responsibilities: Serve as a client-liaison to keep client's up to speed on the progress of their case Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents Coordinate work flow, attorney calendars and case management software Investigate case information to assist in the preparation of affidavits and pleadings Maintain client records and files Knowledge of District Court policies and procedures required ​

Qualifications: Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred Will consider applicants with Executive Assistant experience Organizational skills a must Familiarity with Lexis Advance or similar legal research tool preferred Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Self-motivated Critical thinking and problem-solving skills a must \nCompany Description
