Pay: $16.50/hour
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Shift: 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Our residents look forward to mealtime every day, and our Cooks play an important role in preparing nutritious, delicious meals and creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and resident-specific dietary requirements.

• Follow physician-ordered diets and established meal plans.

• Ensure food is prepared, handled, stored, and served safely.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.

• Assist with kitchen cleaning and daily dietary duties.

• Work closely with the Dietary and Nursing Teams to meet our residents' needs.

• Help create a positive and enjoyable mealtime experience for our residents.

What We're Looking For

• Previous cooking experience preferred.

• Healthcare or long-term care dietary experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and dietary guidelines.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
