Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner. The objective of the role is to effectively use human resources to accomplish the goals, mission, and vision of the Cybersecurity business teams through positive HR employee relations. The HR Business Partner reports to HR management and works closely with the business management team. This role handles conflict resolution, communicates policy information, and proposes solutions to enhance employee growth and retention. Responsibilities Proactively recommends approaches and continual improvements in employee relationships by aligning with cybersecurity business goals. Partner with Business/HR managers to support management with employee growth and retention by conducting and leading all conflict resolution, legal compliance, and facilitating medical requests. Conduct timely internal research on employee concerns such as wage issues, health and safety procedures, workplace disputes, communication, harassment and bullying, and policy clarification. Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders by understanding the evolving cybersecurity market landscape and aligning HR strategies to meet dynamic business and customer needs. Challenge existing HR policies and practices with innovative thinking tailored to the needs of a growing cybersecurity organization. Collaborate with business leaders to integrate workforce planning that supports contractors, service contractors, and full-time employees, ensuring flexible resourcing aligned with customer priorities. Provide insights on competitive pay structures and career paths influenced by customer requirements and market trends to support talent attraction and retention. Serve as a liaison between cybersecurity business teams and the broader TTS HR organization to ensure alignment while advocating for Cybersecurity employees’ needs. Analyze workforce metrics and feedback to identify trends impacting employee satisfaction and business performance, recommending targeted interventions. Assist in hiring processes by creating and maintaining job descriptions. Maintain a fair and consistent approach to handling and resolving complex Employee Relations and Human Resources issues. Qualifications Competencies Able to understand the company’s stance and handle confidential information with discretion and judgment. Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills. Excellent time management and strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels and the ability to build relationships and foster team spirit. Strong multi-tasking and documentation skills. SPHR/PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred. Related cybersecurity experience or knowledge is preferred. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years’ experience in the Human Resources Department and as part of an Employee Relations team. Experience investigating and administering leaves of absence with knowledge of short-term and long-term disability and FMLA. Experience ensuring adherence to company policies including paid time off policies. Experience handling and resolving complex Employee Relations and HR issues. Experience implementing and communicating policies and procedures to managers and team members, including creating and conducting training opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
