Receiving Coordinator

Our client, a leading manufacturing and service organization, is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join their team. As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be part of the Materials department supporting the Service team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Receiving Coordinator Location: Bellevue, WA Pay Range: $25-27 Shift: Day shift What's the Job?- Receive customer instruments, verify shipment contents, and accurately enter receipts into company systems.
- Inspect incoming shipments for visible damage and resolve discrepancies with appropriate teams.
- Label, identify, and route service instruments to the correct departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation within ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Organize and maintain receiving areas to ensure efficient workflow and material traceability.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable using ERP systems, warehouse software, and Microsoft Office applications.
