Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and work area. Organizing and maintaining files and records. Ensuring accurate record-keeping. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong customer service and communication skills. Highly organized with attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and be part of a team. Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus . Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
