Wholesale Manager

*sales experience or any Plumbing Parts industry (wholesale) experience preferred A store manager is responsible for the daily operations of a retail/ supply store business, including the staff, inventory, and sales. They also oversee the store's cleanliness and ensure that procedures and guidelines are followed. Some of their duties include: Hiring and training employees Managing employee schedules Maintaining inventory levels Implementing and managing purchasing plans Maintaining contact with suppliers Motivating the sales team Ensuring customer satisfaction Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong leadership and customer management abilities. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
