Senior Analyst, Filing Strategy

Description Join the Personal Lines AutoProgram Delivery & Enhancements (PDE) Build team — our brand-new, high-visibility team shaping next-generation auto rating programs and the core frameworks PDE relies on to deliver efficiently and with precision.In this role, you'll support our program filing strategy through research, analysis, and recommendations. You'll conduct research into complex filing strategy and DOI engagement questions, identify and help to clear roadblocks, and develop actionable recommendations that influence our filing strategies, processes, and tools. You'll partner with State Management, Program Management, Data Science, and other teams across the Delivery value stream to solve complex problems, remove roadblocks, and scale best practices across the portfolio. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape our strategy and approach — with exposure to senior leadership.**This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.
