Respond promptly to emergencies, such as intrusions or fires, by contacting emergency services and following outlined procedures. Lock and unlock the Bond Street gate according to the designated schedule. Maintain detailed daily patrol logs, documenting rounds, unusual activities, and incidents. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of prior security experience. Must be 21 years of age or older and meet New York state security guard licensing requirements. Proficient in English with the ability to write clear and accurate reports. Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods and performing required duties.
