Company-paid medical plan after 30 days + options for dental, vision, disability & more 401(k) retirement plan + financial planning services Professional development through our learning portal Rent discount : 20% off rent at your property or $100 off rent at another HGPM community Compensation : $22 to $24 per hour, based on experience Generous Leasing commissions paid per lease signed on an increasing basis What You’ll Be Doing Greet and guide prospective residents in both English and Spanish Conduct tours and explain leasing features with clarity and warmth Complete applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently Provide responsive and compassionate customer service to residents Maintain organized leasing records and software entries (Yardi & Rent Café preferred) Contribute to a supportive, respectful community environment You Bring Fluency in English and Spanish (required) 1+ year of experience in multifamily leasing Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliability, organization, and a team-player mindset Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle Experience with Google Workspace; Yardi & Rent Café a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
