Foster Care Case Manager: Build Stronger Futures

Necco

Necco seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to support children and foster families across home, school, and community settings. You will build individualized treatment plans, coordinate services, and ensure regulatory compliance with attention to safety and confidentiality. You will collaborate with schools, clinicians, and agencies, providing training and ongoing support to foster families while navigating multiple environments and travel between locations as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Necco
