Our company continues to deliver record sales led by a talented team and a commitment to "Fun Served Here".Position SummaryThis position will be Friday-Monday (Midnight through 10:00am).Sanitation is responsible for completing assigned inspections, maintaining sanitation equipment, and ensuring the facility and machines are kept in clean and sanitary condition.Essential FunctionsReport all safety near miss / incident(s) to Lead and Supervisor / Manager on duty at timeRecord all completed work in the Master Sanitation Schedule book (MSS)Ensure duties are performed per Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP)Perform unforeseen sanitation duties as needed / requested by managementComplete assigned inspections, maintain sanitation equipment and areasCompetenciesTo perform this job successfully, the sanitation personnel must be self-motivated, able to problem solve, detail-oriented, and able to stay on task.
