Senior Customer Success Analyst

GuardianVets is hiring a Senior Customer Success Analyst to help strengthen client relationships, prove customer value, improve retention, and support account growth. This is a hands on startup role for someone who can combine customer success, data analysis, client reporting, process improvement, and proactive account management. This is not a basic support role. The focus is on helping clients understand the value GuardianVets creates and turning that value into stronger relationships, renewals, and expansion. What you will do Manage client reporting, dashboards, and performance insights Track key customer success metrics, including call volume, response times, client satisfaction, appointment activity, and revenue impact Prepare clear client updates that show value, trends, risks, and opportunities Identify accounts that need attention and help create action plans Support onboarding, renewals, expansion, and client communication Work with operations and leadership to improve customer outcomes Turn data into simple, useful recommendations for clients and the internal team What we are looking for Strong analytical and communication skills Comfortable working with customer data, spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards Able to explain insights clearly to clients and internal teams Customer focused, commercially minded, and detail oriented Proactive, organized, and able to operate independently Comfortable in a fast moving startup environment Experience in customer success, account management, operations, or business analysis What success looks like Clients clearly understand the value GuardianVets provides More expansion opportunities identified Better reporting and account visibility Faster identification of account risks Improved customer outcomes Why GuardianVets We are building software and services that help veterinary practices capture more demand, serve pet owners better, and operate more effectively.
