Job Description

Kadlec is offering a $4,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. Under the general supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, performs a variety of functions related to specimen collection, specimen processing, data entry, receiving and logging phone orders, retrieving lab results for physicians or their representatives, control and management of confidential information and documents, and report sorting and filing. Specimen collection for blood samples will be restricted to venous or capillary access. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they're invaluable. Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification, or
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification
• 1 year customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Completion of a formal Phlebotomy Training Program
• Healthcare experience
