Performs such duties as stapling, applying wrap to pleats, capping, assembling tubes and springs, spot welding, seaming, spinning, spinning adhesive/plastisol, cutting media, wrap or other material as required. Applying gaskets and inspecting. May require tucking and filter repair, packaging and stacking of product. This position will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy.First Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 3:20pm (10 hours). Completes first piece inspection on products. May spin, apply adhesive and/or plastisol to products or components. May cut media, wrap, or other material, as required. May perform spot welding, seaming, on filters or components. May perform packing and inspection of product. Must complete all quality data and product reports, as needed. Must meet daily performance requirements. May require minor computer use for daily M.O.'s and inventory adjustments. Complete daily, weekly, or monthly inventories, as required. Must be able to read, understand and have knowledge of all procedures and to meet requirements of these procedures relating to manufacturing of product.
