As a family-owned company based in Lancaster County, we believe quality products are built by skilled people who take pride in their craftsmanship, support one another, and are always looking for ways to improve.What You'll Do as a Welder/FabricatorRead and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders to build quality equipment.Perform MIG welding on heavy-gauge steel components used in skid steer attachments and related equipment.Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts according to production specifications.Inspect welds and completed products to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and durability.Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.Complete work accurately and on schedule while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Cross-train in robotic welding, assembly, shipping, and additional manufacturing functions to expand your skill set.Our Ideal Welder/FabricatorSkilled Welder: Has at least one year of MIG welding experience along with basic fabrication and metalworking skills.
