If you're a skilled TIG welder looking to work on high-precision aerospace products in a collaborative engineering environment, this is an opportunity to make an impact every day.What You'll DoPerform precision TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components while supporting the production of critical thermal management products.Work alongside engineers to build, test, and improve aerospace hardware, tooling, and manufacturing processes.Use precision inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, and FARO Arm portable CMM systems to verify product quality and dimensional accuracy.Complete detailed manufacturing documentation and traceability records for flight-ready aerospace hardware.Support fabrication, assembly, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining the highest quality standards.Perform in-process and final inspections to help ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with aerospace manufacturing requirements.What We're Looking ForTIG welding experience, preferably with aluminum.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Experience using precision measurement and inspection tools.Professional TIG welding training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.AWS D17.1 welding qualifications are highly preferred.U.S. Person status required due to ITAR regulations.Job Type & LocationThis is a permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
