What You'll Be Doing

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components to exact specifications.
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to build and test thermal products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed work using measuring tools and quality standards.
• Support fabrication, assembly, testing, and other manufacturing operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong TIG welding experience

✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

✅ Experience using precision measuring tools and performing inspections

✅ High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• TIG welding certification, formal training, or equivalent welding experience
• Previous AWS welding qualifications preferred
• Experience with:
  • Fabrication
  • Brazing
  • Machining
  • Mechanical assembly
  • Product testing
  • Basic electrical work

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
