Pay Rate: Based on experience

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team! This position is responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.

• Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on various metal materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Fabricate and assemble metal components using hand tools and power tools
• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and finish parts to meet specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure welds meet company standards
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and squares
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Experience with MIG welding required (additional welding experience a plus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Structural steel fabrication
• Custom fabrication
• Manufacturing or industrial welding
• Experience with grinders, saws, drills, and fabrication tools
• Welding certifications are a plus
