Typical hiring profile


Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Licensed MHP (LPC, LCSW, LMSW)
• CPR/BLS
• Inpatient Crisis Stabilization or Inpatient Psych Experience

MUST have strong senior adult experience.


Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• CBT /DBT (Group Therapy)
• Experience working in Inpatient, Acute Care setting
