Who We Seek Minimum 10 years in CRE advisory, investment, or development in Germany Established relationships with institutional investors, developers, or lenders Track record of originating and closing mandates independently Comfortable operating with senior autonomy inside a structured platform What You Do Originate and lead advisory mandates in your market Represent Shelton Reed in client and counterparty discussions Coordinate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdiction deals Contribute market intelligence to shared advisory knowledge base Express Interest Send a short note on your background, market focus, and what you are looking for.
