Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator  to support our growing sales team within the home textiles division. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced retail and consumer products environment.

You will work closely with sales executives, product development, design, and production teams to help manage customer accounts, support day-to-day operations, and ensure seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for product, retail, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales executives in managing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer service
• Build a strong understanding of product categories, customer needs, and competitive market trends
• Learn and manage internal systems to support client requests, order updates, and account needs
• Partner closely with production and operations teams to track order status and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist with account maintenance, order management, and day-to-day communication with customers
• Manage smaller volume accounts and support overall account growth initiatives
• Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and product information for customer meetings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and sourcing teams to support new product initiatives
• Maintain organized records, reports, and communication across multiple projects and priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or account management is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Interest in home textiles, consumer products, or retail industries preferred
