We are seeking an experienced  Multi-Axis CNC Programmer to join our advanced manufacturing team. This role is responsible for programming, and optimizing 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex, high-precision components for aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial applications.
You will work closely with engineering, machining, and quality teams to ensure parts are manufactured efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Program and optimize 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines using Mastercam
Create and edit CNC programs for turning & milling operations
Select cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for optimal cycle time and tool life

· Interpret and apply  GD&T , engineering drawings, and CAD models

· Troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes

· Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience programming  multi-axis CNC machines
Strong knowledge of 5-axis machining strategies
Experience with Mastercam

· Ability to read and interpret  engineering drawings and GD&T

· Experience machining tight-tolerance and complex geometry parts

· Familiarity with probing systems and tool management

· Understanding of materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless, and titanium

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in aerospace, medical, or high-precision manufacturing

· Knowledge of post-processors and machine kinematics

· Experience with automation, pallets, or lights-out machining

· CNC machine brands such as Haas, Mazak, DMG Mori
