SLP in Princess Anne, MD

Make a real impact in the lives of students by providing in-person speech-language pathology services to children in PreK-3 through 6th grade. This contract position focuses on supporting kids with mild to moderate disabilities, giving you the chance to foster growth, build confidence, and help them achieve their communication goals. Your expertise as an SLP-CCC will be valued as you manage a manageable caseload of 40-50 children, collaborating with a team dedicated to student success.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist Certification (CCC required)
• Experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
• Familiarity with a range of mild to moderate communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students in PreK-3 through 6th grade
• Deliver direct therapy services based on students' needs and IEP requirements
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families for well-rounded care
• Maintain clear and timely records of student progress, assessments, and communication
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute thoughtful input regarding student goals and progress
