Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary A Greenville, SC legal services team is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case preparation and discovery through trial support. The Litigation Paralegal will work in a professional, team-focused environment where organization, responsiveness, accuracy, and strong client service are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with preparation for trials, hearings, depositions, and other litigation events by organizing case materials and supporting legal strategy. Draft, file, and serve legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests, responses, and related pleadings. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from statutes, case law, legal articles, records, and other sources. Manage physical and electronic case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures. Coordinate discovery, including document production, evidence review, and communication with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Support trial preparation by assembling exhibits, preparing witness lists, coordinating logistics, and maintaining organized case documentation. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year. Job Type: Direct hire. Location: Greenville, SC.
