Information Entry Agent Onsite/ Offsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Information Entry Agent to accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain information across company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. This position may be performed onsite or offsite depending on business needs. The successful candidate will work with internal teams to ensure information is complete, accurate, properly organized, and entered within established deadlines. Responsibilities

• Enter and update information accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
• Review submitted information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Verify information against source documents and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
• Process information according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information and report issues as needed.
• Assist with data cleanup, file organization, and record maintenance.
• Retrieve information from company systems when requested by authorized personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information.
• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time expectations.
• Communicate with internal departments to clarify information when necessary.
• Perform additional administrative and information-processing duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous data entry, information processing, administrative, or office experience is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, databases, email, and web-based applications.
• Good typing and keyboarding skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
