The New Mexico Heart Institute seeks a board-certified (or board-eligible) General Cardiologist to provide services  at a conveniently located facility  in the picturesque city of Santa Fe, NM. The ideal candidate is collaborative, willing to educate others, and amenable to working within a PSA while employed by another group. Whether you are an experienced physician or a new graduate with ties to New Mexico, this is a unique opportunity to advance your career in a role that blends cutting-edge interventional cardiology with a commitment to patient care and community service.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time Employment (1.0 FTE)
• Outpatient Only
• Single-Specialty Group: New Mexico Heart Institute/Lovelace Medical Group
• Join a team of 10 Physicians, 2 NPs, and support staff
• On-Site Echo, Vascular, Nuclear, and CT
• Schedule: Mon-Fri (No Weekends Required)
• Daily Patient Load: Clinic 22
• No Call
• Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding—leading to better work-life balance and revenue.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BC/BE General Cardiology
• Fellowship-Trained in Cardiology
