Warehouse Lead Supervisor
Location : Natomas, CASchedule : Full-Time | Swing Shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM) | Must be available for evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Pay : $25.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead Supervisor for a growing shipping and logistics company in Natomas. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while motivating a team to meet daily shipping and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse operations experience, previous leadership in an LTL freight environment, and the ability to lead by example while maintaining productivity, safety, and accuracy. Warehouse Lead Supervisor Highlights:
- Lead, train, and support a team of 5-6 warehouse associates
- Oversee daily shipping, receiving, staging, and freight processing operations
- Coordinate and prioritize LTL freight shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory and shipments
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to maximize productivity
- Ensure shipping accuracy and maintain quality standards
- Assist with inventory control, work orders, and freight documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse operations during the shift
- Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required
- Experience leading teams of 5-6 employees or more
- Strong LTL freight operations experience
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Previous forklift certification required (company will re-certify)
- Strong computer skills and ability to manage work orders and inventory systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be available for swing shift, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
