It evaluates chest discomfort, shortness of breath, anti-arrhythmic therapies, and pacemaker function. It also helps physicians confirm reports of heart palpitations and poor blood supply to the heart.Our Echo department is searching for a PRN Senior Cardiac Sonographer to join their elite team. As a Sr Echo Tech you will:Perform inpatient and outpatient echocardiographic studies, transopageal, stress echo, and doppler flowsPerform all aspects of ultrasound imaging - transthoracic, transophageal, and stressInteract with echo students, physicians and other medical professionalsAdvises cardiologist of results of examination and provides preliminary diagnostic evaluationWhat Awaits You:Career growth and developmentFree parkingCollaborative and diverse work environmentMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of an accredited sonography program in EchocardiographyTwo (2) years experience of non-invasive cardiologyRegistered Diagnositc Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)Valid CPR certificationShift: PRN (as needed) Day ShiftImportant Notices:***Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.Salary Range: Minimum 53.00/hour - Maximum 53.00/hour.
