I opened my agency in 2013, and today I have two full-time team members who help me take great care of our customers. State Farm has been part of my life for as long as I can remember—my dad was a State Farm agent for 45 years, and after graduating, I began my career working in his office. That experience shaped everything about the way I run my own agency today. My husband is also a State Farm agent, and we stay very active with our family. We have triplets who are now in college, along with two younger kids. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me gardening, scuba diving, reading, or getting a good workout in—it keeps me grounded and energized. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sunny Hall Snoeyenbos - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
