• Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient nursing care for transplant patients in a busy hospital setting
• Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain proficiency with Meditech, TransChart, and PatientKeeper EMR systems
• Participate in occasional clinic days including patient rooming and assessments
• Support transplant procedures, with flexibility for pre, waitlist, and post-transplant care while maintaining a caring demeanor
• Adhere to unit policies, dress code, and safety guidelines, including BLS certification
