Account Manager | FBO & Airport Solutions Location: Webster, TX About World Fuel World Fuel is a global leader in aviation fuel, trip support, and aviation services, helping operators, flight departments, FBOs, and airports optimize their operations worldwide. We're looking for an Account Manager to support our FBO & Airport Solutions team. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, helping strengthen relationships, resolve issues, support business initiatives, and drive exceptional customer experiences across our aviation partner network. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management, problem solving, customer support, data analysis, and collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced aviation environment. What You'll Do Account Management & Customer Support Serve as a trusted partner to FBOs, airports, and aviation customers throughout North America. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service. Proactively identify customer needs and coordinate solutions across internal teams. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, service issues, pricing, and account support. Reporting & Business Analysis Prepare and deliver customer, sales, and operational reporting. Analyze competitive pricing and market trends. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and account performance. Provide insights and recommendations that support business growth and customer success. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Client Support, Bulk Operations, and FASST teams to support customer initiatives and account growth. Ensure customer setups, pricing requests, payment processes, and account maintenance activities are completed accurately and efficiently. Support projects that improve business processes and enhance the customer experience. Product & Industry Knowledge Develop expertise across World Fuel's aviation products and services. Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and internal process updates. Serve as a resource for customers and internal stakeholders. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in aviation, account management, customer service, sales support, customer success, or a related field. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications Aviation industry experience, particularly with FBOs, airports, flight operations, or aviation services. Experience supporting customer accounts or sales teams. Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools. Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Customer service and account management experience required. Salesforce CRM, Oracle, and Tableau experience preferred. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
