National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is representing one of America's premier automotive dealerships in the search for an elite Internet Manager . This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for a proven performer with a documented history of driving internet sales, generating leads, managing digital marketing, and building a high-performing online sales operation.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a true industry leader who has:

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive Internet Manager experience
• Strong social media marketing and content creation experience
• Proven success increasing internet leads, appointments, and sales
• Experience managing CRM systems and internet lead processes
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer follow-up skills
• Ability to coach and motivate an internet sales team
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Stable employment history with a proven track record of success

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all internet sales operations
• Maximize lead conversion and appointment-setting performance
• Oversee CRM activity, lead distribution, and follow-up processes
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
• Create engaging short-form video content and digital campaigns
• Monitor KPIs including response times, appointment ratios, closing percentages, and ROI
• Work closely with sales management to drive showroom traffic and increase sales volume
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive Internet Manager experience
• Social media marketing experience required
• CRM experience required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High level of accountability and professionalism
• Results-driven with a history of exceeding performance goals
