Custom Cleaning Services currently has an opening for a Janitor to join our expanding team in Clearlake Ca. !

Custom Cleaning Services has been providing reliable, first-class maintenance, Janitorial, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout Sacramento Ca. and surrounding cities.

- Part time Schedule (6 hours per week) -

• Monday - 5 To 11

Responsibilities:

• General Janitorial Work
• Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
• Wall spotting (interior)
• Windowsill cleaning
• De-webbing of building and doorways
• Restroom care
• Sanitizing
• Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
• Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
• Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Experience in both indoor and outdoor janitorial work
• Strong communication skills
• Must have reliable transport to work.
• Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties
• Physically capable of performing all job duties including ability to push/carry supplies
• Ability to work independently; self-motivated
• Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill customer requests.
• Clean and neat appearance
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Job Locations: Clearlake, Lakeport, Hidden Valley. Must be able to travel to these three(3) locations.

Pay: $16.90 - $18.90 per hour

Experience:

• indoor AND outdoor janitorial: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: In person
