Conoryea & Associates American Family Insurance is looking for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Eagan, MN.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers and develop new business.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs.
• Educate customers about insurance products, coverage, and discounts.
• Prepare and present personalized quotes.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer relationship.
• Maintain accurate records and follow agency procedures.
• Work with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.

What We're Looking For
We're open to both experienced insurance professionals and entry-level candidates . The right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
