Role: Data and Reporting Analyst Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months Note: Only local and W2 Candidates / No sponsorship required Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences, including supporting material for compliance and supporting compliance program initiatives as needed Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret technical language for end users and present key metrics and insights to non-technical stakeholders Self-motivated and proactive with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently or as part of a team Experience in data analytics with hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, or other analytic tools, and ability to identify trends and patterns Familiarity with ETL and Data Engineering processes, including reviewing data integrity and movement controls Some experience in API integration between applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field At least 4 years of relevant experience Additional notes: The candidate will be working with internal stakeholders in Legal and Finance. Prior experience developing and maintaining dashboards is required. The team uses SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI. The preferred experience level is around 4-5 years.
