Real Estate Financial Strategy Director
Capital Search Group
Capital Search Group is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis in Bethesda, MD. The role reports to executive management and collaborates with the Controller on daily accounting activities.
Responsibilities include ownership reporting, financial modeling, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, investments, cash flow management and special projects. CPA and real estate experience are required, with in-office work five days a week.
