Patient Coordinator

who shares those same values — someone personable, organized, and compassionate, who will be the first smile our patients see and help guide them through their care experience with warmth and professionalism. What You’ll Do Greet and assist patients, creating a welcoming and positive first impression Manage scheduling, verify insurance, and coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth operations Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing information and support Collect copays, manage patient accounts, and assist clinical staff as needed Partner with the Office Manager to maintain efficient office operations and a positive patient experience Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and patient-first care What We Offer Compensation:
