Financial Analyst III

Operations finance analyst role supporting the Laboratory Chemicals Division at a manufacturing facility in Massachusetts. The position involves financial reporting, budgeting, inventory management, and cost analysis to drive operational efficiency and inform business decisions across production and supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports with analysis for division business reviews
• Own monthly business review process and presentations for operations and finance stakeholders
• Support budgeting activities including scenario modeling and cross-functional alignment
• Monitor inventory, excess and obsolete items, and cycle count audits
• Conduct cost of goods sold variance analysis and deliver headcount and labor utilization reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerBi knowledge
• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience preferred

Compensation: $83,300–$125,000 base
