Responsibilities We are seeking a senior‑level infrastructure engineer to serve as the technical bridge between federal customer operations teams and internal engineering organizations. This highly hands‑on role focuses on diagnosing and resolving complex production issues across Linux systems, virtualization, networking, containers, and cloud infrastructure. Location & Travel This is a hybrid role with work split between virtual time and on‑site support at customer locations in Dallas, Oklahoma City, and Montgomery, AL. Travel to customer sites may be up to 25%. Requirements Must Have Active Secret Clearance 10+ years of infrastructure engineering/support and systems administration experience VMware (ESXi, vCenter, NSX) KVM/libvirt Linux systems administration (Redhat, Ubuntu) Kubernetes and containerized workloads AWZ, Azure, or hybrid cloud infrastructure Nice to Have Federal customer experience Certifications: VCP, RHCSA/RHCE, CKA/CKAD Security+, CISSP, or CASP+ AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications DevOps tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, Terraform Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
