Position Summary

As a GI and Pulmonary RN , youll provide high-quality, patient-centered care with professionalism and compassion. You will coordinate individualized care for patients of all ages, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, youll deliver exceptional outcomes while demonstrating respect, dignity, and kindness in every interaction.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough age-specific admission and ongoing patient assessments to guide care planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Revise and evaluate care plans based on patient progress and changes in condition.
• Administer and document medications and treatments accurately using EPIC (Electronic Medical Records).
• Use critical thinking and delegation to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Promote a team-oriented, supportive, and safe environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (eligible for VA RN licensure exam).
• No experience required new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Current Virginia RN License (or eligible for licensure).
• CPR certification required ; ACLS, PALS, and NRP as needed.
• Computer proficiency in EPIC or other EMR systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay Range: $30.47 $45.71/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Options: Day/Evening/Night (Every Other Weekend)
• Sign-On Bonus:
  
  • Up to $30,000 for Experienced RNs
  • Up to $20,000 for New Graduate RNs
