Senior Commercial Credit Analyst

Job Description

5Star Bank, a Colorado-based community bank, is looking for a senior commercial credit analyst to join our team.  Working in a fast-paced commercial banking environment, the successful candidate will collaborate with lending staff to prepare underwriting and analytical reports for informed decision-making by bank leadership. Work environment is primarily in-office in the Colorado Springs or Denver markets and conducted during business hours.  

Qualifications and Skills

-         Four or more years of commercial bank underwriting experience

-         Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics

-         Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, notably Excel and Word

-         Solid verbal and written communication skills

-         Professional work ethic and demeaner

-         Manages time and deadlines efficiently while working on different projects

-         Research ability and knowledge of industry information pertaining to borrowers

-         Attention to detail and accuracy in presenting data  

-         Prior team management and training experience is a plus

Annual Salary = $75,000 - $90,000 plus benefits

Primary office location can be in 5Star Bank's Colorado Springs - downtown or Greenwood Village offices
