Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP certification required (SLPA may be considered for in-person roles)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Comfort working with caseloads ranging from 40–70 students
• Familiarity with AAC devices is a plus, though minimal usage expected
• Willingness to work with diverse age groups, from preschool to middle school
• Bilingual skills welcome (not required, but may customize role for the right candidate)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech and language services to assigned students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Lead/participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
