Vice President of Sales (Commercial Roofing) $180,000 - $220,000 + GP Linked Bonus Build the sales engine that takes a $150M commercial roofing contractor to $200M+ You are stepping into a business that already performs. $130M–$150M in revenue, strong relationships across GCs and owners, and a proven delivery team across commercial low-slope roofing. Right now, revenue is driven by relationships, estimating flow, and reactive opportunities. CRM is not fully embedded. Pipeline visibility is limited. Forecasting is not predictable. The business has outgrown the informal approach. That is where you come in… You will design and build the entire commercial sales engine. From targeting and pipeline structure through to qualification, forecasting, and margin discipline. You will align sales with estimating and operations and install a system that actually scales. This is not inheriting a polished machine. This is building one properly, inside a business that already has the foundation to support it. Bonus tied to gross profit, not just revenue Executive role reporting directly to the President Full ownership of sales strategy and structure Clear path to drive growth from $150M to $200M+ Backing to implement CRM, forecasting, and process discipline Long-term progression tied to company growth Your Role Architect and implement a full end-to-end commercial sales process Build pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline Introduce bid/no-bid qualification and protect margin across all work Align sales, estimating, and operations with clear ownership and handoffs Develop vertical strategies across manufacturing, data centers, and industrial Drive service-to-replacement conversion strategy targeting 20%+ Establish metrics, scorecards, and accountability across the sales function Company Overview Our partner is a $130M–$150M commercial roofing contractor based in Atlanta, GA, focused exclusively on low-slope systems across new construction, re-roof, service, and maintenance. The business operates across industrial, retail, and large commercial facilities, with multiple revenue streams and an established client base. Privately owned and operating on EOS, the company has strong leadership, clear growth targets, and a defined path to $200M+ by 2030. Delivery is proven.
