Marketing Coordinator

Location: New York, NY (31 Hudson Yards) Onsite About Embrava Embrava builds sleek, simple, sophisticated solutions for the modern office, from the iconic Blynclight to our AI Work OS for desk and room booking, space utilization, and presence. We are growing our marketing team and looking for a Marketing Coordinator to keep it all moving. The Role This is the engine-room role on our marketing team. As Marketing Coordinator, you are the action-item person who turns plans into shipped work. You will own the day-to-day execution of campaigns and cadences, support social media and content, and help bring marketing materials and events to life. You will work closely with our specialists in graphics, events and tradeshows, and partnerships, serving as the connective thread that keeps projects on track and on time. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing. What You'll Do Build and send marketing emails, and manage ongoing email cadences and nurture sequences Help plan, schedule, and publish social media content across our channels Coordinate the production of marketing materials, working alongside our graphics and content resources Support event and tradeshow execution in partnership with our events lead, from pre-show promotion to follow-up Track action items and deadlines across marketing projects, keeping campaigns moving and stakeholders aligned Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and lists so the team always works from a clean source of truth Pull together reporting on campaign and channel performance to inform what we do next What You Bring 2+ of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role Strong organizational instincts and a genuine talent for keeping many moving pieces on track Clear, polished written communication, especially for email and social copy Comfort with marketing tools such as email platforms, social schedulers, and project trackers, and an eagerness to learn new ones A collaborative, dependable approach.
