National Sales Manager

National Sales Manager A leading specialty materials manufacturer seeks a driven National Sales Manager to build on its market presence and drive continued growth. This role leads a small team and makes a significant impact across key industries, including construction, industrial applications, and agriculture. Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits 401K with generous match Company car or car allowance / Business travel expenses covered Opportunities for professional development and global collaboration Supportive culture with leadership visibility and influence Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline or engineering 7 years’ experience in a relevant field Consistent success in sales and sales management roles Track record of direct sales to key accounts Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities Excellent business English communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Valid driver’s license and passport (minimal international travel) Ability to travel ( 30%–50% , including some overnights) Preferred Background & Skills Experience representing products such as cellulose, cotton, wood fibers, or similar specialty materials Background collaborating with laboratory and international teams Familiarity with SAP or similar CRM/ERP systems Business or technical association membership Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead, coach, and maximize performance to achieve revenue, volume, and margin goals Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new business partners Develop and execute annual sales and growth plans, including budgets and forecasts Support new product development by collaborating with R&D teams in the US and Germany Represent the company and present technologies at industry trade shows and events Generate price quotations, document customer and market information, and report sales activities Develop new customer leads and form strategic partnerships across multiple channels Regularly interact with customers, distributors, and global company offices If you are passionate about building strong business partnerships and ready to lead in an evolving market, this role offers both challenge and reward. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
