Instructional Designer and Facilitator

Granger Medical is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer and Facilitator to join our team in Taylorsville, Utah. Knowledge And Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts. Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners with varying experience levels. Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, subject matter experts, and team members across the organization. Ability to learn and effectively utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) and other training technologies. Ability to assess learning needs, research training solutions, and implement effective learning programs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality training materials. Ability to gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Critical thinking, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Qualifications High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
