Registered Dental Assistant – Lake Cities Dental (Colleyville, TX) Our modern, patient-centered private dental office in Colleyville, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. Position Overview The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manner, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced private practice. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of general and restorative procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict infection control standards. Take and process digital radiographs (X-rays). Manage instruments, materials, and sterilization protocols. Educate patients on treatment plans and post-operative instructions. Chart accurately and assist with clinical documentation. Support smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience. Qualifications Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required). Current CPR certification. 3+ years experience in a private dental practice preferred Proficiency with digital X-rays and dental software (CurveHero experience a plus, but we are willing to train). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to patient care. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).
